  Michael Howes of MCB Remodeling is professional, reliable and knowledgeable. I had him repair one ceiling fan and balance the blades on another about two years ago. When I started having problems again he agreed to come out and see what he could do. After a few minutes of inspection, he found a way to make some minor adjustments that resolved the problem, rather than having to remove the fan and replace the part that is wearing out. He then smiled and said he'd just call this a follow up service rather than charging me for a new service call. Although this was a small job; I wouldn't hesitate to call him for any sized job.
